For our Present and Past FAMS Members:-
It would be good if you could attend to review the business of FAMS and participate in the election of our new committee for the next 12 months.
We have set up an online RSVP and Membership Payment facility with our online ticketing system.

If you cannot attend but wish to still participate, you can nominate for committee members and provide a proxy for voting. (see document links below.)
Do think about the ways you can serve this Company by being on the committee or assisting in some other way.
The committee meets monthly, and it is expected that anyone on Committee will take on one of the roles and be proactive in fulfilling the duties involved.
Under the rules of our Constitution, the core Office Bearers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) are required to be committed Christians whereas there is no restriction for the Floor Members.

Information about candidates seeking election will be available through candidate presentations on the day of the election.
Please use the follow Nomination Form to submit your nominations for the Committee Positions.
You may nominate as many people as you wish to the positions
Under our Constitution, the four Office Bearers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) must be committed Christians, whereas there is no restriction for the Floor Members.
Only Nominations that have been Seconded by another member and Accepted by the Nominee will be tabled at the AGM.
To be able to nominate and participate in the voting at the AGM, you must be a current Financial Member.
Membership
For Members who cannot attend the AGM but wish to renew their membership, payment can be made on the Trybooking site. This will constitute a membership renewal.
